What is/are the reason(s) that God created the seven Jewish festivals? God said that these are His Feasts or convocations and that His people shall keep them. Leviticus 23:2.

I believe that God gave these seven feasts to the Hebrews as well as to all believers, (then and now), for the express purpose that all would understand God’s timeline for man.

When did God fulfill the first four feasts? Let us see.

1. Passover – Exodus 12:2-20, Leviticus 23:5
        Fulfilled on the day that Jesus was crucified.
2. Unleavened Bread – Leviticus 23:6-8
        The day after Jesus’ death, which was on a Thursday.
3. First Fruits – Leviticus 23:10,    Exodus 23:16
        Jesus fulfilled this feast on the first day of the week, three days after His death on Passover. John 20:1.
4. Pentecost – Exodus 23:16; 34:22
        7 x 7 + 1 = 50 jubilee Acts 21:1-4. Jesus’ ascension was 40 days after the Resurrection. Pentecost was 50 days after the Resurrection. Note: from the day of Jesus’ ascension until the day of Pentecost 10 days elapsed. Remember, Moses gave the Hebrews 10 Commandments to live by or “instructions”. The disciples waited 10 days in Jerusalem for instruction, the Holy Spirit to come.
        These first four feasts were fulfilled on the Feast Days.
        Matthew 24 describes the end days in detail. I will not enumerate the signs here. You can read Matthew 24 for yourself. Basically, and biblically the stage is set for the final days.
        What are the next three Feasts of God?
5. The Feasts of Trumpets (Yom Teruah) also… (Feast of Awe) – Leviticus 23:23-25, Revelation 4:1.
        During Rosh Hashanah, (not knowing the day or the hour since Rosh Hashanah encompasses three days and 24 hours in a day) the Rapture will occur! Why? Our God is never early or late but precisely on time. The Feast of Trumpets just like the previous four feasts, the rapture will occur. 1 Thessalonians 4:15-16.
        This year 2022 is a shemitah year and the probability of the rapture is much greater than any non-shemitah year. The next most probable year will be 2029; however, God may use any Rosh Hashanah year He chooses. Are you ready?
        There are 10 days from the first day of Rosh Hashanah to the first day of the Feast of Atonement. Seven days are between Rosh Hashanah and the Feast of Atonement. I believe these seven days prophesize the seven years to come beginning with the first day of Atonement.
        What will the left Left Behinders of the World ponder? Some might quote “They (Christians) warned us”. Many will say, good riddance. Remember near the middle of the Tribulation the World rejoiced when they saw on satellite TV the death of the two witnesses. Then the World is happy and rejoicing. After the three and one-half days of watching the dead bodies lying in the street, they rise up alive and Rapture to Heaven. The two witnesses are Enoch and Elijah for it is appointed for man to die once. At this time the left Left Behinders are in awe, not believing what they just saw.
6. The Feast of Atonement – Leviticus 23:26-28 Yom Kipper
        At the climax of Atonement Yeshua descends and stands upon the Mount of Olives, splits from east to west, ending at the Kidron Valley. Why? Zachariah 14:4. At the Battle of Armageddon the blood will be bridal deep in the Kidron Valley and when the mount of Olives splits the blood will flow toward the Dead Sea.
7. The Feast of Booths – Leviticus 23:33
   Tabernacles, Sukkot
        This feast is on the 15^th day of the 7^th month. The number 15 proclaims safety to the Hebrews who will survive the Great Tribulation. And again, the number 7 signifies the completeness of everything that just happened. Thus begins the 1000-year reign of Jesus on the Earth. Are you ready?
